We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our hotel's team.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel meets its sales targets, maintaining and building relationships with clients, and promoting the hotel's services to potential customers.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that increase the hotel's revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive referrals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients to expand the hotel's customer base
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure that customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to promote the hotel's services and create brand awareness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel as needed
