Sales/Marketing/Marketing and Social Media for Cosmetic surgery practice

Looking for the best of the best in sales/marketing: Responsible for closing and scheduling clients for procedures and assisting with financing; following up on inquiries and tracking them; CRM software experience; scheduling and marketing events (talks, presentations, radio, TV) and promoting the practice to the community; light office administrative duties; responsible for work mobile phone, around 35 hours/week.
Occasional evening and weekend events.
Pay 35-40K depending on abilities.
