This position is a cross-brand role that will create, develop and implement our own in-house digital advertising and paid search initiatives designed to drive prospect acquisitions for clients.
The PPC Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our marketing strategies across all digital channels.
We are seeking someone with a strong grasp of paid search and social advertising, with the ability to create results driven paid campaigns.

Requirements - Digital Marketing Specialist
Google / Facebook Ads Specialist:
2+ yrs experience in Google Ads and Google Analytics, and the latest GA4
1+ yr using Google Tag Manager (JavaScript a big plus here but not required)
Experience with Facebook Ads and Microsoft Ads Preferred but not required (can be learned quite easily)
Strong analytical skills
Very comfortable with using Excel, LibreOffice, OnlyOffice or Google Sheets
Experience using a WYSIWYG in a CMS to make landing pages (Dealer-E-Process)
Experience with HTML & CSS a big plus
Ability to communicate conversions / metrics into simple and digestible reports
Responsibilities - Digital Marketing Specialist
The Google Ads Specialist should be able to implement, track and report on the digital advertising and paid search initiatives.
The Facebook Ads Specialist should be able to implement, track and report on the digital advertising and paid search initiatives.
