JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven, and highly-disciplined Inside Sales professional to add to our amazing team.
The ideal candidate will posses exceptional communication and time management skills.
As a Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible processing inbound sales calls, emails and/or face-to-face counter sales while upselling and cross selling a menu of aftermarket automotive products and services.
You will provide assistance to customers throughout the purchase process.
From the moment you greet customers until their sale has been finalized.
SALARY: $36K per year + Commission (potential to exceed $70k per year) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: · Answer and Process inbound sales calls and emails · Greet walk-in customers and assist them through the ordering process · Research and Answer questions from our internal employees and customers · Identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations · Provide customers with detailed product information and technical support · Up-selling/Suggestive sells additional products for scheduled installations · Establish rapport with new customers and nurturing relationships with long term customers · Constant interaction with customers regarding shipping/installation date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed/requested by the customer · Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise · Follow-up on potential sales (Pending) that were unable to be scheduled throughout the week · Maintain the daily installation schedule via Google Docs · Create and Update New sales orders and warranty work orders in QuickBooks · Order Product via Online and over the phone · Process Warranty paperwork / custom jobs / special orders · Process and follow up on leads through our CRM REQUIREMENTS: · 3 years Experience in sales · Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills · Excellent time management and organization skills · Customer Service driven with great phone communication skills · Positive attitude and team player that thrives in a busy environment · Attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments · Professional, friendly outward appearance and demeanor · Self-starter · Excellent multi-tasking and follow up skills · Bilingual a Plus · QuickBooks a Plus · Google Docs a Plus · Internet Explorer/Chrome a Plus · Knowledge of basic computer skills · Ideal Candidate will have 3+ years of experience with B2B sales experience · High Organization skills / Discipline · Strong Work Ethic · Competitive / Goal Oriented / $$ Hungry through value selling · Follow Up – Follow Through skills BENEFITS: · Paid time off and Holidays · Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance · $50k Employer provided Life Insurance · 401k with Employer match (1st 5%) · Employee discounts on products and services We are an equal opportunity employer.
