The room is furnished with a twin bed, bedding, night stand, dresser, closet, desk, office chair, 5 cu ft refrigerator, bathroom share, laundry share, kitchen share, all utilities included, internet TV and high speed internet.
There are kitchen cabinets and a bathroom space for each tenant for your dishes and groceries.
A housekeeper maintains the bathrooms and the common area.
The house has three tenants and myself.
I work from home and we have a great organic garden out back.
