The Room available is UPSTAIRS and is suitable for a SINGLE MALE OR FEMALE.
The room is furnished with a twin bed w/bedding, nightstand w/lamp, dresser w/mirror, ceiling fan, window w/curtains, is carpeted and has a small walk-in closet.
We are seeking a long term renter who is respectful, courteous and caring and who is able to easily get along with others in the home.
Although “long term” is desirable it is not required as the contract is monthly.
A MONTH TO MONTH RENTAL CONTRACT INCLUDES WATER AND WI-FI.
ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE MONTHLY RENTAL COST.
Rent: $600 monthly w/2 deposits.
Non Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $100
Electricity Deposit: $150/Remainder of deposit is returned after final months electrical usage has been deducted.
Electrical cost is divided by 6 and ranges from $60 (during the winter months) and is capped at $150 (during summer months).
