$500 Clean Furnished room for rent

In search of a roommate for one of the bedrooms in my 1 bedroom/ 1 bath single story house.
House has a large backyard.
Single bedroom is approximately 122 square feet and has a spacious closet.
Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished.
If left furnished there will be a queen bed and Tv.
There is also a hall closet available for use if needed.
There is restroom down the hall that will be mainly private with the exception for guest use when guests are over.
No pets allowed.
I am looking for someone who is quiet and responsible.
The monthly rent is $500 plus half of the monthly utilities ( electric, gas, and water).
There will be a deposit of $500 that will be returned upon completion of term minus any damage or repairs needed.
A background check and credit check will be completed upon applying.
