This is a perfect place for someone in recovery or trying to stay sober.

Any relationship a single person renting must be kept out of the house.
We have a 15 yr old daughter and her safety and influence dictate our rules.
The room comes with full size bed , one dresser one nightstand and a recliner.
It will be a month to month signed lease.
We are a very quiet family of 3 and would like to keep it that way.
Bathroom is shared but semi private as we also have a master bath.
The master bath doesnt come with the room for rent.
The room we are renting out use to belong to my dad and he is moving out.
If you bring any type of drama or problems you will be asked to move immediately.
All rules will be on the lease.
Please only looking for someone who needs a quiet room in a drama free home.
All bills paid.
Absolutely no pets.
