Hello everyone, I have a room available now.
This is a brand new home.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms.
The room is going for $550+ utilities.
I'm looking for anyone that works full-time or goes to school and someone that can clean up after themselves.
Please no party animals or druggies.
The utilities will be split 4 ways.
The house is in Converse.
5 mins from i10 and 10 mins from i35.
7 mins away from HEB/Walmart.
10 mins away from Costco.
The house is East of San Antonio and down the street from Randolph Air Force Base.
The house comes with a patio.
