Bright sunny room available in San Antonio house!! After two amazing years I’m sad to be leaving this 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐦𝐞 show contact info /// great house to go back home to the UK.
We’re looking for a guy (to keep the gender balance), preferably in their early/mid 30s, as everyone is around that age.
We'd like someone who's looking to stay for at least a year and will think of this place as a home.
We don't do cleaning rotas or anything like that, but we all pitch in to keep the place clean and a nice place to live.
There’s four people in the house total.
Everyone is in their 30s, one guy from California who works in law, a girl from Massachusetts who works in government, and another girl from Ukraine who works at a tech company.
It’s a great mix of people, everyone gets along well.
We like to chat and hang out (we had a Halloween movie night just the other day), but everyone has their own space and does their own thing too.
It’s not a party house, but we enjoy each other’s company, so we’d like someone that fits that vibe.
The room is a great size, with a private bathroom and plenty of natural light.
It’s at the back of the house, so almost no street noise.
It’s warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
All furniture you see in the pictures is available (I won’t be taking it across the Atlantic), but the room can be available unfurnished.
The house itself is perfectly positioned for access to supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and everything 18th Street has to offer, but we’re far enough away that none of it spills over into our home.
There’s no smoking in the house, but if you do smoke there’s a deck area out back.
The property is rented through a management company who are usually super responsive if there’s ever something that needs fixing or replacing.
If you have a car, there is a spot under the deck for an extra $50 a month (currently none of us have a car so we split the cost) The rent is $500 a month .
