Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Utilize strong math skills to handle cash transactions, reconcile registers, and prepare financial reports.
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Implement effective time management practices to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or resolving issues.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage store operations, inventory, and staff.
- Experience in wireless sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping.
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
