We are looking for self-motivated, goal-oriented, high energy personalities that want to make $$$$! We are currently looking for a sales rep who is comfortable handling our online inventory and dealing with our internet leads.
Internet Retail sales experience highly preferred!

Qualifications
Candidates must be internet-savvy, internet sales experience highly preferred
2+ years sales experience highly preferred, industry experience preferred but, not required
Must be comfortable performing in a commission-based sales environment
Candidates must have valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR and Drug Screening
Responsibilities
Respond to internet inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential
Communicate with potential customers who are eager to get into a new recreational vehicle or boat and help them make the right choice for their needs!
Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations
Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team
Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer
Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organization
Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including retail, service and finance
Stay on top of market trends in the RV, Marine, and Equipment industries as well as current inventory
Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, co-workers and management

Salary: $46,480.
