Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the studio, including opening and closing procedures - Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-stocked with inventory - Provide excellent customer service to all clients, addressing any questions or concerns - Utilize the POS system to process sales transactions and maintain accurate records - Drive sales by actively promoting products and services to customers - Train and supervise employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback - Conduct employee orientation and ensure all staff members are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock - Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize profitability - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions Skills: - Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and exceeding customer expectations - Experience in retail management or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets - Knowledge of retail math and the ability to analyze sales data to make informed business decisions - Proficiency in using POS systems for processing transactions and managing inventory - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills *\*Previous Orangetheory Fitness / Health and Wellness Experience Preferred.
