Part time/Seasonal support associate

Basic Function: * Deliver exceptional customer experience in a team environment.
* Complete repair drop offs and pick ups.
* Fulfill BOPIS and Ship From Store orders.
* Maintain store cleanliness, refill gift boxes, gift bags, keep register areas tidy * Assist sales associates as needed.
* Regulate incoming and outgoing guest traffic.
* Other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements: Required Skills and Abilities include: Sales, retail, and technical knowledge and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.
* Ability to work within a team environment and independently.
* Professional approach and image.
* Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
* Willingness to learn, innovate and collaborate.
* Night and weekend availability required, and availability through the end of December.
