We are seeking an Assistant Fitness Manager (AFM)
The Assistant Fitness Manager:
* Is responsible for aiding and exceeding club goals, including personal training, small group personal training, supplements and personal sales
* Owns new member on-boarding and delivering a dynamic, quality fitness experience to all members.
* Responsible for total team execution of all company quality assurance standards.
* Hires, trains and develops a strong team of Personal Trainers.
* Responsible for small group personal training staffing and execution in partnership with key program leaders.
* Maintains leadership role as the fitness expert for the club team and members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Personal Sales
* Staffing and Development
* Conduct weekly (or as-needed) meetings with direct reports to review performance and offer direction, motivation, guidance and accountability to exceeding goals and objectives.
* Manage the fitness schedule.
* Ensures all members have access to a service oriented, well trained, expert fitness team that is able to provide fitness guidance, training and programs.
* Ensure that all Personal Trainers are delivering high quality programs to their clients.
* Ensure accurate administration of Personal Training including client profiles, progress tracking, and workout programs.
* Complete personal training sessions and/or small group training as necessary.
Requirements
Certifications / Education Level
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Must be CPT certified
* Current CPR and AED
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $32,119.
00 - $78,203.
00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
