We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Boss Beauty Makeup Academy.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in the success and growth of our beauty school by overseeing team management, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations and overall management of the beauty school
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of beauty professionals to achieve their full potential
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze sales and customer service data to identify areas of improvement
- Ensure all customer service standards are met, and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of classes, appointments, and events
- Collaborate with the Manager to create and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain current ones
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all equipment and supplies are properly maintained
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continuously improve the beauty school's offerings and services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a management role, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
