Assistant Spa Manager

We're on the lookout for an experienced individual to join our team of talented Spa Managers.
The ideal candidate has leadership and organizational skills and prior spa experience, and will be responsible for promoting spa services and scheduling a team of educated specialists.
The right candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: * Manage the daily operations of the spa.
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Write and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
* Create and maintain a great working environment for all employees.
* Manage human resources and payroll issues such as hiring, firing, performance evaluations, and employee benefits.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $37,000.
00 - $45,000.
