The Spa Concierge at Loma de Vida is an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests.
The Spa Concierge is responsible for the checking in and out of guests, scheduling of appointments, greeting and escorting guests to treatment areas, all while providing information concerning Spa facilities, retail, amenities, and treatments.
Additionally, the Spa Concierge supports the Spa Attendants in the maintenance of all guest amenity areas of the spa.
Qualifications: Greet guests as they enter the Spa Provide guests with tours and information related to the Spa and its features Weekend and holiday availability required Current TABC && FH required Perform daily tasks as detailed on checklists and SOP’s Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance based on LCR & LDV Appearance Standards Assist with retail sales, restocking and cleanliness in the Spa Boutique Support Spa Attendants as needed to keep women’s and men’s areas clean, orderly, and well stocked with guest supplies Market the spa internally and externally by attending special events when requested Maintain the safety of work areas Attend all mandatory meetings Perform other tasks, including cross-training, as directed by Spa Leadership
