Beauty Advisor

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team.
As a Beauty Consultant, you will provide exceptional service and expertise to our clients, helping them look and feel their best.
Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting beauty products and cosmetics tailored to their needs - Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations - Demonstrate product application techniques - Maintain a clean and organized beauty department - Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems - Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels - Utilize salon software for appointments and client information - Communicate effectively with customers to build lasting relationships - Upsell products and promote current promotions - Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions Experience: - Previous experience in retail beauty sales preferred - Proficiency in retail math for inventory management - Familiarity with salon software for scheduling appointments - Basic math skills for accurate transactions - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele - Experience in upselling beauty products - Proficiency in operating cash registers - Knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus Joining our team as a Beauty Consultant offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant environment, interact with diverse customers, and grow your skills in the beauty industry.
