Hi so I am posting this to see if anyone can make me an offer to convince to move.
I am an ideal roommate.
I have been told multiple time by my current "landlord"( for lack of better term thst I'm best he has ever had.
I actually have a place now with 0 problems and happy to stay where i am, but I'm open to anything better where "grass is greener.
" A little about me: I'm white, clean, non-smoker, non parties
R, and work for a major institution( which requires background checks so u know im good).
I will only live a clean, non smoking, bug Free, non drug environment.
Im good with all genders and races.
Oh i dont like hot or muggy indoors temperatures.
I'm basicly looking to see if anyone has a room to rent that meets my needs for a price that might be less than what I'm paying now.
