Does anyone have a room for rent beginning June 10th with all-bills-paid? I'm 35, female, and don't want to rent another apt because the noise level is out of control.
New apt buildings are built out of paper.
I am searching for a room on the
-First floor
-Private bathroom
-Small bit of space needed in the kitchen
-Access to wifi
My budget depends on the location.
I have to think about the money I'd spend on rideshare vs.
the bus vs.
me being able to walk to places.
I have no pets, no kids, don't drink or use any other substances, work full time from home, I'm clean, quiet, and don't own a vehicle because I work from home.
Anyone that comes would just be there to pick me up, I wouldn't be bringing people in the home.
I have no criminal record.
-What is the monthly rate?
-What is the minimum and maximum length of stay?
-Can you do month to month agreement?
-Do you have pets? I have bad pet allergies so this is a deal breaker if there are pets.
-Who else lives in the home? I'm asking because I once rented a room and only after the fact I found out the homeowner rented the one other room out to several construction workers who were extremely noisy coming in drunk at 3am and going to work slamming doors at 6am.
That kind of environment will not work for me.
I respect people and their space/schedule, I respect people's homes, and I am just hoping for the same in return.
Also the home owner's parents and family would come and eat my little bit of food and be super rude because I was renting a room.
I'm just looking for a quiet peaceful place.
