Looking to rent a room!! (San antonio)

Hi I am currently renting month to month, but the owner is selling the house and I'm hoping someone is willing to help me out with an extra room.
I am a 31 year old female, I work full time.
I need help getting back on my feet.
Or if all is okay and permitted if anyone would accept me eventually letting me build a greenhouse for my plants (this is my second income soon) I love to grow plants.
If a greenhouse is too much I would appreciate if I could have an indoor set up form my plants.
I hope this isn't too much to ask for.
If you're a plant person maybe we can become somewhat Like business partners.
