ISO pvt room w/pvt bath this July (North or Northwestern side)

Attending school this coming Fall.
ISO a pvt room w/pvt bath, in a house.
• No pets • I am tidy • I keep to myself for the most part (will probably be studying all the time) • I clean my dishes when I’m done with them Ideally, a room furnished w/a bed, nightstand, and study desk.
But I can possibly get them if not.
I don’t mind animals, I just like living in a clean, truly drama-free place.
If you happen to have a house like this with more than 1 room for rent, let me know, as I can ask another student and help you fill the vacancy quicker.
Looking to move July 25th, or, at the soonest, a week prior (~July 18th).
