Chef that gardens (San Antonio)

Hello.
I am looking to move.
I have a gym (weights boxing bag .
And garden .
10 Raised beds with premium soil and great fruit trees and I grow vegetables and flowers .
I'm looking for at least a small bedroom and 200sq ft of sunny yard that would be drama.
Free for me to garden .
Im actually not home much I work two jobs as chef.
so 6am to 10pm .
I have two vehicles and don't party anymore.
so quiet workaholic
