Looking for a room to rent starting April 1st (Southside/Central preferred)

Needing a room beginning April 1st preferably month to month, but am open to a short term agreement until I feel comfortable enough to want something for longer term.
I'm a single guy in my 40s and work in the IT field.
I also have a part time job on the side and often work 7 days a week.
I'm an extremely busy person between work and my extracurricular activities which usually includes working out and going out.
I don't cause any problems and am generally pretty quiet.
I'm open to different renting arrangements and pricing.
