Looking for a room to rent that's near a bus stop in March. (San Antonio)

I am looking for a room to rent with all bills included for 550 and under.
It must be near a bus stop this is non negotiable.
So if the bus stop is more than 3/4 mile away it's not going to work.
Something with a private entrance would be great as I do have friends that I like to hang out with.
No parties or anything like that of course but I do like to watch films with my buddies.
The private entrance thing is not a deal breaker.
Rent will never be an issue as I get a monthly allotment from a trust fund that will be paying it.
On my free time I volunteer at local homeless shelters.
I'm looking for someone who is willing to communicate what they want no matter how little or silly you may think it might be.
If you're OCD that's completely cool just tell me right away so no bad habits are developed.
I mean it's your place so I'll respect what you ask.
I'm a pretty chill guy and I've done this before so I know the routine.
I respect my roommates spaces and belongings and all I ask in return is the same treatment.
I'm looking for something for the beginning of March or the middle of March.
Preferably no deposit or a small deposit or one that can be broken up over the course of payments.

I'm just looking for a clean and safe room that I can call home for the next year and one that I can have certain friends over for a night of movies.
So again the stipulations are it has to be near a bus stop non negotiable, the ability to have friends over within moderation of course, a small deposit or one that can be broken up over the course of payments, and someone who is serious about renting their space out.
