Military room mate (San Antonio)

I’m moving to SAT to finish nursing school and I figured I would try and offset the cost.
Currently looking at leasing in Alamo heights/stone oak area.
Christian/non drinking prior military/current army reservist.
Looking at spending 600-700 shared 800 max.
