Hi, I am looking for a room to rent for my daughter and I.
My budget is $400 to $500 monthly.
She goes to school while I work from home remotely.
I am hardworking, responsible and friendly.
I don’t smoke or do drugs.
She is very friendly and enjoys playing with other children.
She gets along well with pretty much anyone and likes to share her toys.
We are looking for a room to move into on Saturday January 6th.
We are open to a shared bath but prefer a private bath.
We prefer to live with families, women, women with children but open to others.
