Live in care provider in exchange for room (San Antonio to Hondo)

I have cared for both elderly and children and am great with both .
From dementia to strokes and as simple as companionship w/light house keeping and cooking .
I do have 2 jobs so would need to be part time however both jobs are flexible schedules and leaves me plenty of time in between .
I do have a 7yr old Labrador, she is a registered service dog and beyond well trained .
I am happy to provide references.
Please do not contact me looking for a live in girlfriend that is not what I'm offering.
