Hello I’m a 44 FEMALE (stud) BARBER seeking a room to rent by February so please don’t be a pervert cause your barking up the wrong tree trust me lol ,I’m on a budget of 400 a month due to me having other bills .
I know that’s not a lot but with inflation going on that’s what I can do at the moment due to my situation sorry .
if you have a bed In the room that’s even better for me cause I left everything to my ex so I have nothing 😒 I don’t have any kids so it will only be myself.
I have my own car but now found out it needs a little work so I have to take care of that issue so money is tight at the moment .
I prefer to stay in a quiet place and not a party house .
I don’t go out on weekends nor am I a crazy drinker I drink 1 day a week to unwind and it won’t be at home .
I don’t mind if your a 420 smoker or if you smoke cigarettes I don’t smoke cigarettes but I’m around it , I don’t mind small animals as long as they ain’t aggressive and crazy loud I love to sleep kinda early 😎 I just want a respectful clean person just like how you would want your roommate to be .
I am respectful, quiet and I stay out of the way .
I’m not looking for a place where there is hella people coming in and out just cause I know what it’s like to have things stolen from so if your a single household person seeking a new roommate let me know .
I don’t care to use the kitchen unless it’s ok with you .
I believe in cleaning up after yourself and I do that but if I didn’t make the mess then i ain’t doing it lol js I eat out most of the time but I don’t mind helping from time to time but don’t make it a habit .
I don’t mind taking out the trash 🗑️ so if your inside loop 410 that’s perfect I can’t be by 1604 cause it’s kinda far from my job .
