Elderly Mother and Senior Daughter looking for shelter to rent to stay (San Antonio)

I am a 54yr old female taking care of my Elderly Mom of 77yrs old we are currently staying from family members home that can no longer house us we both get fixed income and we both have health problems we also have a housing Voucher for a two bed room but we don't enough for applications fee or deposit.
