Need a room (San Antonio)

Its just my husband, our two dogs and I.
Looking for a room to rent or in exchange of housework/cleaning/yard upkeep.
Our dogs have a kennel, they wont be out and about in the house/ apt only to go outside for restroom breaks.
Moneys been tight just need a little rest area to get back on our feet.
Were very kind hearted people, no drugs or alcohol usage :) If this is something youd be open to please Text me i hardly see emails!
