Middle-aged female looking for an unfurnished room with private bathroom or sublet until at least March, possibly longer.
I do not have pets, but adore friendly animals.
I'm an outside smoker who has a stable income and pays rent/bills promptly, though I'm currently unemployed.
I clean up after myself and hope you do as well.
No bugs, please! I'm NOT looking for: -a furnished bedroom -a shared bathroom -being told when I can/can not be in the home I'm paying to live in (this is the entire reason for making this post instead of replying to other people's room share postings.
Who cares if I WFH?) -ANY "situation" or relationship beyond housemates.
