Opportunity for a new or experienced flipper (San Antonio)

We are a local San Antonio investment property owner with 4 houses (currently) needing to be rehabbed and flipped.
We are looking for joint venture flippers that can provide the rehab funds, expertise in getting the rehab completed and equitably split profit with us on sale.
We will assist with your rehab cost loan (if needed) by allowing your rehab lender to take a first lien on the property.
We can work with experienced rehabbers or rehabbers trying to get a start in the business by not having to purchase their property or qualifying for a property loan.
You just need the resources to complete the rehab of the home to a salable condition.
The houses we currently have are west side homes with potential and varying needs as to rehab.
Most have a potential resale in the $120- $150k range and need $15,000 to $20,000 repairs.
One home is on Lamar St in a fast upcoming area with lots of new rehabs and new construction.
That house needs lots of work but has a fantastic upside resale value.
