Real Estate Lead Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Lead Manager to be the first point of contact for our clients and gather crucial information to facilitate property acquisitions.
*Job Description:* As a Real Estate Lead Manager, you will play a critical role in our team by being the initial contact for our extensive network of clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to collect essential data to assist our acquisition specialists in making informed offers on properties.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Engage with clients to collect vital information such as property address, asking price, estimated After Repair Value (ARV), repair costs needed for full market value, closing timeframe, reasons for selling, property access for inspections, and vacancy status at closing.
* Coordinate with acquisition specialists to ensure a smooth and efficient information transfer.
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions and property data.
* Assist in scheduling property inspections and appraisals.
* Follow up with clients as needed to clarify or obtain additional information.
*Qualifications:* * Proven experience in customer service, real estate, or a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to gather and analyze information efficiently.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Proficient in using CRM software and computers.
