*Role Summary:* We are seeking a part-time Community Manager to join our team and oversee community operations as we work together in partnership with residents to revitalize a local Manufactured Housing Community.
As our Community Manager you will be responsible for overseeing on site community operations which include providing resident support, rent collection, ensuring a clean community, monitoring and reporting on projects, distributing community notices and enforcing community guidelines.
*Job Duties:* · Manage overall community operations to include rent collection, enforcing community guidelines, posting violations, reporting crime, manage eviction process and overall cleanliness of the community.
· Present and maintain a professional image on behalf of the company while interacting with residents, applicants, vendors, and government officials.
· Drive/Walk community routinely to evaluate overall appearance and curb appeal.
· Collect, record and deposit rent payments appropriately.
· Monitor progress of maintenance projects and report to Regional Manager.
· Oversee new and pre-owned home sets within the community.
· When appropriate, file proper documentation and appear in court on the behalf of the Company regarding evictions.
· Manage and oversee community events, advertising, and promotions to sell and lease homes within your designated communities.
· Be available by phone after hours to receive reports of any emergencies and dispatch the appropriate party to address the emergency.
On site presence is not necessary.
