Texas based property preservation company in business over 15 years has a new opening in San Antonio metro for a full service property preservation contractor.
We are not a regional.
We only cover Texas and as a contractor on our team you have direct access to the owner of the company when/if needed 24/7.
We do all processing and bids for you on our end so you can focus all efforts toward quality/on time completions.
We pay via direct deposit every Friday
Must be fully stocked on all hud key codes and lockboxes, must be fully equipped for all preservation work requirements (winterization, rekey, lawn, tree trimming, and all other handy man related approvals we get.
) We provide ppw at our expense so ppw mobile app is used for photos.
We are very laid back and easy to work with.
Our field teams have all been with us for years and we have little to no turnover in our network.
So, usually we do not recruit due to no openings.
However, one of our field teams covering San Antonio metro got a job offer he could not turn down and gave me plenty of notice to find a good fit to join us.
So, I do have an opportunity available.
