As a Property Assessment Coordinator, your primary mission is to schedule and perform assessments of residential rental properties.
This important role involves visiting the properties to ensure tenants maintain the homes they lease, also including the documentation of property conditions before the tenant moves in.
During assessments, you'll conduct a comprehensive examination, scrutinizing structural integrity, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and overall property cleanliness.
To legally document home conditions, detailed notes and photographs capturing any issues or areas requiring attention will be taken, serving as vital evidence throughout the leasing period.
After completing the assessment, you will prepare a report summarizing your findings and share it with the Property Manager and property owner.
This report will include your observations, recommendations, and any repair or maintenance requirements emailed to the owner and property manager.
As a Property Assessment Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Property Manager and owner to address the identified issues.
This may involve discussing the findings, suggesting appropriate solutions, and seeking approval for necessary repairs or maintenance.
If repairs or maintenance are required, you will coordinate with the Maintenance Coordinator to obtain estimates for the work that needs to be completed.
This includes assessing the urgency of repairs and notifying the Property Manager of this.

Compensation:
$3,750 monthly + $250 monthly gas stipend

Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive assessment reports for the Property Manager and owner.
Share findings, observations, and maintenance requirements via email.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with Property Manager and property owner to address identified issues.
Coordinate with the maintenance coordinator for any needed repairs
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of property maintenance principles, issues, building systems, and safety regulations
Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye to thoroughly conduct property inspections
Showcase effective communication skills and to deliver clear reports to Property Managers and property owners on your findings.
Must be a pro at prioritizing and time management.
You will be scheduling and completing assessments for multiple properties.
Proficiency in capturing high-quality photos and accurately documenting property conditions is necessary.
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service while interacting with tenants, Property Managers, and property owners.
