```Duties```
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO.
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office and ensuring smooth communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for business trips
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for meetings and presentations
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and board meetings
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, clients, and external partners
- Perform general office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing office equipment
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in office management systems and procedures
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to transcribe and type accurately
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Previous experience working at the front desk is desirable
