com Duties: - Aid in advertising available apartments and conducting apartment rental tour - Assist in screening process by qualifying tenants through rental verification methods - Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with the contractor - Contribute to financial management by collecting rents and pursuing delinquencies - Pursue three day notices, evictions, and court hearings for deliquent residents - Support in administrative tasks such as maintaining property records and submitting documents - Participate in emergency events, such as after-hours maintenance Requirements: - Previous experience in property management or related field is a plus - Strong organizational and communication skills - Detail – oriented and able to multitask effectively - Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Customer – service focused mindset - Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
