*Job Summary:*
Our property management company is seeking a skilled leasing agent with experience in multi-family properties to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining the occupancy of our multi-family properties.
They will have strong customer service skills, a high level of organization, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Conduct property tours for prospective residents • Prepare and execute lease agreements • Ensure timely rent collection • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner • Create and implement marketing strategies to increase property occupancy • Maintain accurate resident records and lease files • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt repairs and maintenance • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and regulations • Utilize multi-family specific software such as Yardi, RealPage, or AppFolio to manage leasing and occupancy data
*Requirements:*
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family property leasing • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations • Proficiency in multi-family specific software such as Yardi, RealPage, or AppFolio • Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
