This job requires the candidate to be locally based in Kerrville Texas where our cottages are.
Responsibilities:
- Work at office on Friday and Saturday afternoons, usually around 2-3 hour.
Occasionally 1-2 hours on Sunday mornings might be required.
-Hours are flexible, may require more hours on the weekend and Fridays during the peak season.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct property inspections as requested by Owner.
- Coordinate with contractors, and supervise property maintenance and repairs as necessary.
- Make reservations for guests as necessary.
-Coordinate with onsite maintenance manager and cleaning crew as necessary.
- Maintain good communications with Owners and other professionals associated with the property.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- Experience managing short term rental or serving as Airbnb/VRBO host will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong conflict management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using reservation systems such as ResNexus would be a plus!
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe, etc would be helpful
- Administrative skills, including record keeping and computer data entry are preferred
