We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 200 unit Apartment Community.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, sales, and facilities management.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and profitability of our properties.
Job Overview:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Market available units to prospective tenants and conduct tenant screenings
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and enforce lease terms
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and tenant information using property management software (Yardi)
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Stay updated on local housing laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Proficient in Onesite or similar property management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with property maintenance and facilities management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management
