Christian Punk/Pop Punk, Grunge: Guitarist needed (San Antonio) I've been playing bass awhile but haven't been in a band since 2013.
After coming back to Christ in 2021, I have been playing in my church's worship band and really enjoy it.
However, I still really really want to start a Christian punk band.
I love writing, singing and playing bass but I don't want to be responsible for the bulk of the riffs/driving it.
I need a guitarist to come to me with riffs and song ideas that I can fill out and add lyrics and vocals to.
I don't know covers, I'm just interested in writing, practicing and performing originals.
I am a Christian, ex-hippie, anti-vaxxer, ultra conservative, fren and weirdo who believes 9/11 was an inside job and that Joe Biden is probably a clone.
I also know deeply in my heart that JESUS IS KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.
I don't fit in but am super friendly.
I've lived a wild life, and now have a husband (who is also a musician) and 2 kids.
He could be open to playing drums if I find a solid guitarist.
Our old band was called Kindergarten Columbine to give you an idea of our insanity.
Two bands i really enjoy right now are Snuggle! (listen to the song coming up aces) and At The Drive In (listen to the song give it a name).
