Fender Lyte MIJ Precision Bass Montego Black w/Padded HSC - $925

These are fairly rare basses--big bang for the buck--and you won't find another Precision like them.
They are basically a P-bass made of light basswood, and the body is shrunk down a bit to make them a real joy to handle--only 7 pounds, 10 ounces--that's guitar-like weight! .
Whole lot easier handling than a heavy standard Jazz bass.
Neck is a slim Jazz-bass like profile, plays really fast--nothing like a standard P neck.
The pickups are active and very smooth and punchy “when needed”.
This bass is in excellent condition.
All original, no modifications or alterations .
Verily played and mostly stored as a collectors piece.
The bass includes a padded (vintage) hard shell case.
The bass is set up with new D"Addario XL Flat Wound Strings.
