This position has the potential to transition to Full Time status for eligible employees.
Duties: - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transfers - Provide emotional support to patients and their families - Report changes in the patient's mental/physical/home condition to the Registered Nurse - Document patient care activities in an electronic medical records (EMR) system - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans Qualifications: - Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification - Experience working in hospice or palliative care preferred - Proof of certification in accordance with state law where hospice service is provided - Maintain good standing with state-specific Certified Nursing Assistant Board We offer competitive pay rates and comprehensive benefits packages for eligible employees.
