00 annually Results Statement: The results of successfully performing this role include installing HVAC equipment.
The work will be planned, organized and quality controlled to the customer’s ultimate satisfaction.
Tactical Work: Ensure the customer’s home is adequately protected with the appropriate covering for all work performed Remove and replace all equipment and materials in a safe, clean, organized, and efficient manner Assist the installer with gathering the metrics following the installation to include static pressure, refrigerant charge and amperage draws Assist installation team in preparing for the day by loading all necessary equipment for scheduled jobs Position Specific: Finish all work within the allocated time for the job Represent yourself consistent with Goettl standards for punctuality, experience, and appearance Conduct yourself in a safe and efficient manner Provide an amazing experience for your customer on every job Perform all installations to the Goettl standard of picture-perfect installations Follow the appropriate checklist for all jobs Actively participate in ongoing technical training Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem- solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Physical Demands: HVAC Install Apprentices can often spend their time bending, crouched, or lean on their knees as they install and work on different types of equipment.
Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching.
Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds.
Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.
Requires local travel as necessary.

Requirements: Must have 2+ years of HVAC Experience Must have EPA certification type II, or universal TDLR (preferred) OSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health (preferred) Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone) and comprehensive background check.
