RN/LVN HOME HEALTH NURSE

San Rafael Healthcare is a Pediatric Home Health Agency that services the greater San Antonio area.
*We are currently hiring an RN or LVN for a New Patient needing Immediate coverage.
Located in 78251.
Available Shifts are M-F 10a-8p and Saturdays 10a-6p.
She is a 19 y/o female with a G-tube, non-ambulatory, non-verbal, Electric Hoyer Lift in the home for all transfers.
She receives G-tube bolus feedings, bolus water, and medications.

New Grads are welcome!* Job duties include but are not limited to: * Focus on the medical needs and treatment of pediatric patients according to an active plan of care * Patient assessments * Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies * Coordination of care * Health promotion and teaching * Training of family members *New grads and licensed nurses without pediatric experience are welcome to apply!
