Hospice ADON

Four Seasons Hospice is seeking an Alternate Director of Nursing.
This will be a supportive role to the Director of Nursing.
The oversight of the ADON includes patient schedules, assisting with clinical reviews for the admissions, coordinating with the QAPI nurse to ensure CoP compliance and acting as admin back up when required.
Ensuring all In-Services are up to date and that the Agency is meeting and exceeding the Standards of Compliance with the Joint Commission.
This is a Full-Time with Benefits position and the need is immediate.
Other duties will be to work with the IDT for team meetings as well as organizing the meetings and attending as needed.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.
00 - $90,000.
