Will be responsible for the smooth operation of assigned HCS group home(s), including direct supervision of direct care staff.
Counted as part of client-employee ratio and will provide direct care to clients also.
For example, Demonstrate activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing to train residents in daily self-care practices; Serve meals and eat with residents to act as a role model; Supervise, assist clients in punctual attendance of scheduled daily programs, i.
e.
, school, church, therapy, group; Work in other group homes, areas when needed.
